Episode Guide:
In the previous episode, Michael learned that the mysterious "Hermano" that Gob's girlfriend Marta had spoken of was, in fact, Gob's brother - Michael. He goes to Marta, telling her that he's in love with her and that he has to talk to Gob about how he feels.
Meanwhile, Buster is telling Gob that he's fallen in love with the gorgeous woman he met the other day - Marta. Gob asks Buster if he's heard of this "Hermano" and is informed that the word means "brother" in Spanish. Using a leap of logic that's frightening, Buster informs Gob that perhaps it's the man who plays Marta's brother on her Spanish soap opera.
Barry Zuckerhorn has requested the family appear for ten minutes at George Sr's first hearing and immediately found himself having to press the issue with Lucille, who is only going to stay for five. He gets his way in the end she agrees to make her court appearance.
George Michael, seeking more information on Maeby's conception, goes to his grandmother and finds out that the family had put hundreds of thousands of dollars into his cousin's conception. He decides to hold off on telling her after a discussion about her folks.
After admitting his feelings about Marta to Gob, Michael goes back to her place. It's while he's in her bedroom that he realizes he has to make the court appearance and leaves her, saying it will take only ten minutes and then he'll be back to finish the proceedings. When Michael arrives in court, he sits down next to Gob and is given a look.
We cut to Lindsay and Tobias, who are working through his Never-Nude syndrome with a unique system. For every piece of clothing he removes, she will also remove an article. This leaves him down to his beloved cutoffs, which the viewer sees fall to the floor. For the first time in years, they make love.
Back at the courthouse, Michael is being chased by Gob (enraged that Michael had attempted to go straight to home base the day he'd broken up with Marta) while Buster attempts to join into the fight. This is when George Sr makes his break, unfortunately walking right into a guard who escorts him back to his cell.
In the courthouse yard, Marta finds Michael and Gob locked in combat and declares that she wants nothing to do with the family - Michael, Gob, or the guy she doesn't know in the blue sweater.
