Episode Guide:
On Valentine's day, the family gathers for an anniversary party for Tobias and Lindsay. Thinking that George Sr has sent a taped message from jail, the family watches a video only to discover it is a segment in his new Caged Wisdom series. In the awkward silence, it's decided that someone needs to make a speech and Michael takes charge, toasting all the couples in the room. It's after this that Lindsay confronts him, revealing that she wants to divorce Tobias. Michael tells her that she's putting Maeby in a bad spot and they agree on a trial separation.
This means that Maeby and her mother are now sharing a bedroom while Tobias and George Michael bunk together. It's in this room that George Michael learns that Maeby is a test-tube baby as Lindsay and Tobias were never able to conceive.
Carl Weathers secures an audition for Tobias while creating a schism in the Lucille 2 / Buster relationship. This rift prompts Buster to decide it's time to leave after he finds Carl Weathers at the door when he decides to pay a visit to his mother's across-the-hall rival. Unfortunately, this occurs after Buster's decided to leave the nest and he finds himself joining the rest of the Bluth family in the model home.
Gob is convinced that Marta is cheating on him with "Hermano," whom he's heard her refer to on the phone several times. Michael, not knowing that this mean "Brother" in Spanish, decides to follow Marta on the set of her show to confront this Hermano and ends up in a bit of cross-cultural confusion involving a pair of siblings backstage. Marta sees him and she and Michael make a dinner date, where he plans to confront her on this issue.
He mentions that she shouldn't be with Hermano during this dinner and it's only after she's left the table in tears that he talks to one of her sons and discovers what Hermano translates to in English. She's been in love with him.
