While attempting to surprise his mother with a birthday meal (the rest of the family can't be bothered to show up), Michael ends up behind the wheel after a car accident, his short term memory gone. Lucille uses this to her advantage, as is her wont. Gob protests Michael's attempting to sell the family yacht as he's currently living on it.
George Michael and Maeby attempt to see an R-rated movie about cousins having an affair and are busted while Buster and Lucille 2 "take the next step" in their relationship, much to the viewer's disgust. Lindsay visits her father in jail and is disappointed in the reception she receives (or doesn't) from the men who are locked up with George Sr.
