Lucille 2 suffers from horrible vertigo and Buster is convinced only medical marijuana can help her. Deeply afraid of his brother, Buster pays George Michael to get it from Gob. As punishment for her bad grades, Maeby is sent to spend a day with her grandmother at the penthouse and finds herself used as a pawn in the never-ending battle between Lindsay and Lucille.
Some revealing flashbacks are used to help show how awful George Sr could be to his kids, but a valuable lesson is taught to Gob, George Michael, and Buster using the same methods.
